Exchange 리소스 부족시 Hotfix 설치 (MapiExceptionNetworkError에러)

[개인고객][Exchange Svr 2007] 송수신이 안됨

 

[요약]

메일 송 수신과, OWA 연결이 되지 않음

 

[원인]

TCP 연결이 되지 않음

 

[해결 방법]

 

Step 1 : 확인

 

1.     서버 구성

한 대의 서버에 모든 Role이 설치되어 있습니다.

2.     System 구성

3.     Secure Channel

정상적으로 DC와 Secure channel 연결이 되지 않고 있습니다.

4.     Service 확인

모든 서비스가 정상적으로 실행이 되고 있습니다.

5.     Event Log 확인

MapiExceptionNetworkError가 발생을 했습니다.

 

6.     네트워크 연결 확인

많은 수의 Port에서 TIME_WAIT 상태입니다.

 

 

Note. Transport Role 서버의 Queue에는 메일이 쌓여 있지 않았습니다.

 

Step 2 : Action

 

Resource 부족으로 TCP 연결이 되지 않는 것으로 판단,

관련 Hotfix 적용 후 고객님에게 서버 재 부팅을 요청을 했습니다.

 

그 뒤로 정상적으로 매일 송 수신과 OWA에 접속이 되었습니다.
