1. 관리자 권한으로 cmd 실행

2. 도스에서 아래 명령어 실행

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
Ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
Ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver

 

 

3. 그래도 안되면 

sfc /scannow
